Plastic Surgery and the Recession
Statistics are showing that many of the most favored cosmetic procedures done each year have drastically been reduced due to the onslaught of the recession. Though most have been affected, there are some such as breast augmentation and others that have fared better. By 2015, there will be an estimated 55 million cosmetic procedures done all over the world whether be for aesthetic or more practical reasons. Nose jobs for those who have suffered from cancer or other diseases tend to be more of a quality of life issue that other cosmetic procedures such as face lifts and liposuction which are the most popular. many who have had their procedures seldom come back due to the pain associated with their procedures but some who just cannot accept the aging process just keep coming back for more leaving them all artificial and looking like a barbie doll. Seems like the world of beauty cannot be put down by the recession for beauty is of the utmost importance.
