Although there are millions of people undergoing breast augmentation (popularly known as breast enlargement), there are equally millions of people too who undergo breast reduction. Since weight loss nowadays is a fad, lots of women suffer what we call “aesthetically repulsive†saggy breasts. If you lose weight due to the strenuous exercise you’ve been working on for months now, the fats that were stored inside your mammary glands was burned too in the process and you can now say hello to saggy breasts. But due to the technological advancements made by our good doctors, you can have it reduced to get rid of that saggy look. The difference between breast augmentation and reduction is pretty simple: in augmentation, the put either silicon or fats in your breasts to make it look bigger. In reduction, they only work with the skin, leaving the glands intact and untouched.

Infection can occur many months after the surgery. If detected early, treat with wide-spectrum antibiotics until culture results return. Consider daily antimicrobial irrigation with the implant in situ. In most cases, however, the prosthesis must be removed. Placement of another implant can be considered after 6-9 months, or consider the use of autogenous tissue augmentation.
Implant extrusion usually occurs through the skin at the dome or near the membranous septum. The nose can be corrected even without removing the implant if implant has not violated the mucosal lining or skin. One option is to place a protective layer of septal cartilage or auricular cartilage between the skin and the implant. Sterility has breeched if the implant has exposed itself. In this case the implant has to be removed, and 6-9 months have to pass before reinserting another alloplastic implant.

Statistics are showing that many of the most favored cosmetic procedures done each year have drastically been reduced due to the onslaught of the recession. Though most have been affected, there are some such as breast augmentation and others that have fared better. By 2015, there will be an estimated 55 million cosmetic procedures done all over the world whether be for aesthetic or more practical reasons. Nose jobs for those who have suffered from cancer or other diseases tend to be more of a quality of life issue that other cosmetic procedures such as face lifts and liposuction which are the most popular. many who have had their procedures seldom come back due to the pain associated with their procedures but some who just cannot accept the aging process just keep coming back for more leaving them all artificial and looking like a barbie doll. Seems like the world of beauty cannot be put down by the recession for beauty is of the utmost importance.

There are some people who cannot seem to get down and accept the fact that they will age and so will their body. Failure to accept the aging process as natural and that plastic surgery can only go so far to maintain their youth is now accepted as a psychological issue rather than a fad or deep desire. Aging has the cells of the body going through their normal paces with them losing their regenerative abilities as the body ages. Cells slow down the repair process and the body’s hormones production slows down causing more damage. Toxins accumulate and degrade cells, even destroying them and the skin loses its elasticity forming wrinkles and age spots as melamine becomes more expressed.
Plastic surgery is a good idea if you wish to look your best for say a job as a sales/marketing executive but for the rest of us, a well balanced lifestyle with proper nutrient intake rich in anti-oxidants and exercise would be enough to make you look younger into your late years.

One of the most important determinants of the female figure is the buttocks. Normal aging causes our buttocks to droop and change shape. Moreover, modern fashions reveal more body parts, making us more aware of our imperfections.

One issue that you need to remember is the surgeon. You need to check if he is really a licensed plastic surgeon. You need to check if he has a certificate from the board of Medical examiners and if he is affiliated to a national organization. This institution provides strict guidelines to its medical doctors. They usually oblige the doctors to have a certain level of training and seminars to become a member to their institution. Knowing that your doctor has relevant certificates goes some way to assure you that you can trust him in handing your life over to him during the surgery.
You need to research any plastic surgery issues and risks that the procedure itself involves. In recent studies, almost 5 percent of the people undergoing plastic or cosmetic surgery are experiencing difficulty or are having side effects from implants. These could be caused by infection or sub-standard surgery work which in the extreme can even lead to death. Never resort to cheaper but inadequately trained plastic surgeons. Complications could result if the surgeon is not very good or if the hospital or clinic is not adequately sanitized.

It is a fact that every woman wants to have that J. Lo butt. Round, perky, and curvy—all of these are every woman’s fantasy. However, some people are generally not endowed with the same butt as J. Lo.
So, they undergo buttock augmentation.

You actually have options of whether you want the augmentation to be “natural†or “artificialâ€. Natural buttock augmentation is a much more complicated procedure. It includes medical procedures such as liposuction (for sucking fats on your abdomen, tummy or wherever else), filtering and processing of fats (to be later injected in your buttocks), and the finale, injection of the said fats to the different areas of your butt. Artificial buttock augmentation on the other hand involves the insertion of silicon implants to you butt.

Thanks to science and technology, people now have the choice and the facility to live the way they want to live.
Men and women who are not satisfied with certain physical attributes may undergo operation to have specific body parts altered or enhanced. There are now surgical procedures especially designed for injured athletes and artists to give them the chance to get back to their pre-injury level of competence.
Plastic surgery has been helping people reclaim their lives and feel more comfortable with themselves. The happiness and the appreciation of self-worth brought about by the post-operation results is more important than the enhancement of the physical appearance of plastic surgery patients.

There are two types of plastic surgery: Reconstructive and cosmetic. Reconstructive surgery from the word reconstruction deals with repair. If one had an operation that resulted to a deformation, like that of a breast cancer patient who needs to have her mammary glands back, then that is where reconstructive surgery comes in. Cosmetic surgery is what we often call vanity operation, it is done to improve physical disposition. This type of surgery has two types: Surgical and non surgical. Surgical includes rhynoplasty (reshaping of the nose) breast reduction or enlargement, liposuction among others. Non surgical procedures includes dermabrassion (lightening of scars), laser peeling and other skin oriented operation meant for that flawless look.
