More men, baby-boomers opting for face, chest surgery

The amount spent on cosmetic surgery continues to rise, with more men and baby-boomers paying to keep wrinkles at bay, despite the fact that they are starting to feel an economic pinch. The most popular of the number of surgical cosmetic procedures is breast enlargement, followed by liposuction, nose reshaping, eyelid surgery and tummy tucks.
