We know that surgery is a very expensive not to mention lucrative procedure, which is why it is imperative that the public makes sure that the doctors who does them are still bounded by ethical behaviors. In the case of plastic surgeons, they should put it among themselves to make sure that they only accept patients who either have major deformities or have justified the need for a plastic surgery.
